Tundish nozzle
Tundish nozzle is an important part of continuous casting production.Molten steel flows from the tundish into the crystallizer through the tundish nozzle.In this process, the outlet hole will be eroded and widened, the amount of molten steel in unit time will increase, and the surface of molten steel in the mold will increase, so it is necessary to improve the casting speed to digest the excess molten steel.With the further abrasion and expansion of the outlet hole, the adjustment of pouring speed can not digest all the excess molten steel, but it is a waste for the steel enterprises to release the excess molten steel through the emergency outlet.Therefore, whether the tundish nozzle exit aperture is kept constant is an important index to measure the product quality.It is usually measured in total usage time in actual production.
